  electronic cigarette doesn’t work!
  We bought an electronic cigarette from this company. It stopped working after two days. We sent multiple e-mails to the company asking for a replacement or refund.

  I myself am a heavy smoker and tried different ways to help me quit smoking (nicotine, patches/gum, joining a gym etc.. ). Njoy e-cigarette does work only if you have your mindset on quitting. I recently got a baby daughter thus stopped smoking completely in the house. my smoking cravings were dealt with by stepping outside every 1/2 hour for a smoke. now with this product i can control my cravings for 7 hours by just smoking the e-cigarette. the only downfall is it doesnt provide the same feeling as a real cigarette, dont get me wrong it does give smoke and fills you with nicotine but not as satisfying as a regular cigarette like they claim. so were back not to square one for sure but there should be more research done to make this product more like a regular cigarette as well as make the battery last long because if it finishes while your out of the house it needs 3 hours to charge which means there is a big risk of smokeing a regular cigartte while you charge. basically if your mentally prepared to quit smokeing then yes by all means it will provide a great deal of support just be open minded about the limits of this product and good luck.

  Ah, the power of the internet. I came upon this product randomly while searching for external cigarette filters on Amazon. Being intrigued, and wishing to cut down and/or completely quit my overpowering cigarette habit, I started researching the world of the “e-cigarette”. I decided on the Njoy based on reviews and information from my search. Some thoughts: If you like the squishy end of a regular cigarette, the Njoy will take some time to get used to. I had been using NicBloc filters on my cigarettes, so I was used to having a different texture in my mouth. I have cut down to just 3-4 regular cigarettes during the day (down from a pack and a half) in addition to Njoy. (That morning cigarette with my coffee is hard to let go of!) I use the low nicotine cartridge. (I’m an ultra light smoker.) I tried the medium nicotine cartridge initially and it was way too powerful. Now about the taste of the “regular” tobacco flavor. It tastes like sweet pipe tobacco. Not bad. I recently ordered a variety pack of the low nicotine cartridges (regular, menthol, strawberry, apple, and vanilla). So far I have tried the vanilla and I like it slightly better than the regular. I am curious as to how the others will be and will add more comments on this when I have tried them all. I have shared this product with various smokers and they are all fascinated. (Four out of the five are going to take the plunge!)This product addresses the “habit” of holding a cigarette in your hand, inhaling, blowing out smoke, and the like. Other methods of quitting smoking don’t help with this part of the smoking habit. I can see myself becoming a complete non-smoker in the near future. If you are tired of the dangerous effects of smoking and wish to try to stop, this might be something that you want to try. I know that I am amazed and gratified that there is a product like this out there.

  I use my Njoy when I’m someplace where I can’t smoke – restaurants, parties, meetings – or when I want just a quick puff and not a whole cigarette.

  My Njoy satisfies my cravings, doesn’t stink, and doesn’t cause me health problems – or cause health problems for those around me. I’ve had my Njoy for a month, and I’m still on the first cartridge, so refills are definitely cost effective. The batteries stay charged for… well, for just about forever, since I’ve never had one die on me (although, when I think of it, I change it out and put the other back on to charge).

  I can’t recommend this product highly enough.
