I gave up cigs a week ago and it’s starting to affect me now. My best friend keeps saying I won’t be able to do it however I am so determined about it I will. recently I began having pain inside my gut and I absolutely am craving a drag. I don’t give in as I am stopping smoking for my kids. I am fortunate to have the e-cigs. It is often very useful in my opinion.

I smoked for a long time and giving them up was very hard. I bought all of the stop smoking tricks but none helped. Then I saw the electric cigarette. The e cig. The e cig uses a nicotine juice that consists of nothing but nicotine. No toxic chemicals at all. They have completely improved my life.
